We pride ourselves on our outstanding cuisine and service. Our Chefs are some of the best in the Caribbean and possibly even the world. Our Head Chef was recently awarded a Michelin Star.
We start the day with Fresh Coffee available from 6am. This is followed by Continental breakfast at 7 am ( Fresh Orange Juice, Croissants, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit platter etc )
We like to cook a Hot breakfast starting from 8 am ( Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes,Toast etc ). The hot breakfast is cooked to order so that our guests can enjoy their choice of breakfast at a time that suits them.
Snack at 10 am ( Smoothie, Fruit Skewers etc )
Lunch at 1 pm ( Lunch menu )
Snack at 3 pm ( Freshly baked Cookies, Banana bread etc )
Cocktails at 7 pm ( Cocktails menu )
Dinner at 8 pm ( Dinner menu )
